We want you to be confident in your purchase. Edify Eswatini offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every toolkit. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no need to justify your reasons.

Our online reseller Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and processes refunds on our behalf. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Contact us via the Contact page and we'll forward your request to Paddle.

Refunds are normally returned to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

When a refund is approved, access to the refunded toolkit is removed from your account. You agree to stop using and to delete any downloaded files associated with the refunded purchase.

If you believe there is a problem with a charge, please contact us or Paddle first — we'd rather sort it out directly than through a chargeback. Confirmed fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of your account.
